(A) (1) The Bay of Forest Lake is defined as that portion of Forest Lake (82-159) located south of a line, which line is described as an extension southeasterly of the northwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 8, Woodland Park Addition to the city.
(2) SLOW-NO WAKE means operation of a watercraft at the slowest possible speed necessary to maintain steerage and in no case greater than 5 mph.
(B) (1) No person shall operate a watercraft in the Bay of Forest Lake at greater than a slow-no wake speed.
(2) No person shall be towed or shall tow water skiers or persons on other devices (other than another watercraft) in the Bay of Forest Lake.
(C) Resource management, enforcement and emergency personnel are exempt from this section when performing their assigned duties.
(D) Violation of this section shall be considered a misdemeanor.
(E) The Washington County Sheriff’s Department and the city shall be responsible for the marking of the lake and enforcement of this section.
