§ 71.02 U TURNS.
   (A)   The making of a U turn by the operator of any vehicle at the intersection of North Lake Street and Second Avenue in the city shall be prohibited.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished according to law.
