§ 52.98 VIOLATIONS. 
   (A)   In addition to other penalties provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the city by reason of the violation.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 52.60 through 52.67 shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
