§ 52.25 OUTHOUSES, PRIVIES AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   The owner of the premises wherein an outhouse, privy, vault, cistern, cesspool or septic tank shall have been abandoned shall cause the same to be removed, destroyed, renovated or closed up so as not to menace public health or welfare.
   (B)   If the owner of the property affected shall fail to comply with the requirements of division (A) of this section, the Council may cause the required work to be done and shall assess the costs of the work against the property affected thereby.
