§ 52.22 DISCHARGING SEWAGE OR INDUSTRIAL WASTES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet or to any storm sewer or storm drain within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
