§ 52.21 DEPOSITING HUMAN OR ANIMAL WASTE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in an unsanitary manner upon public or private property within the city or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city any human or animal waste.
