§ 52.01 INSPECTORS AND THE LIKE.
   The City Administrator, or other duly authorized employees of the city, bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspections, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and § 10.20.
