§ 32.02 VOTER REGISTRATION.
   (A)   The system for the permanent registration of voters provided for by M.S. Ch. 201, as amended from time to time, is adapted for the city.
   (B)   No person shall be permitted to vote at any election in the city unless he or she is registered as provided by Minnesota Statutes.
