As permitted by Minnesota Statute, all members of the Forest Lake City Council and the Mayor of the city shall be considered as employees of the city for purposes of the Minnesota worker’s compensation law and that all such members and Mayor be henceforth included as covered employees under the city’s workers’ compensation insurance.
