(A) The meeting date for all regular meetings of the City Commission is hereby set for the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. local time, except that the meeting will be the third Monday in any month when the second Monday is a legal holiday. The meeting will be held at the Community of Christ Church, 2401 Merriwood Drive, Forest Hills, Kentucky 40299.
(B) Special meetings and public hearings may be called at any time by the Mayor or any three members of the Commission upon written notice delivered at least 24 hours prior to the time for the meeting.

(C) At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
(D) The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
