(A) Height. No such sign shall be less than eight feet above the level of the sidewalk at any level, nor shall the sign have a vertical width greater than four feet.
(B) Length. Marquee signs may extend the full width of the marquee, but in no case shall they project beyond the perimeter of the marquee. No such sign may extend within two feet of any area receiving motor vehicle traffic (parking lots, alleys, drives).
