§ 151.17  BONDS.
   No person shall erect, install, remove or refinish any sign for which a permit is required under this chapter until an approved performance bond equaling 10% of the total value of the sign has been filed with the Building Official.  Such bond shall be refunded after construction and inspection by the Building Official.
