A. Any
violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
B. Each violation of a separate provision of this Code shall constitute a separate infraction, and each day that a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate infraction.
C. A finding of a violation of this Code shall not relieve the responsible
of the duty to abate the violation. The penalties imposed by this section are in addition to and not in lieu of any remedies available to the

D. If a firm or corporation violates a provision of this Code, the officer or officers, or

responsible for the violation shall be subject to the penalties imposed by this section.
