A. By publication of a notice giving the time, date, place and nature of the proposed legislative map
in a newspaper of general circulation within the
not less than seven days prior to the date of the hearing;
B. By posting notice in three conspicuous public places in the
not less than 20 days prior to the date of the hearing;
C. By mail to the owners of any property that is included in the proposed
not less than 20 days prior to the date of the hearing; and
D. By such other notice as required by statute and as the Planning Commission or City
may deem desirable.
