DESIGN GUIDELINE HANDBOOK
§ 91.017 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply.
   FAA. The Federal Aviation Administration.
   UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM OR DRONE. An aircraft without a human pilot on board, that is controlled from an operator on the ground, and operates without the possibility of direct human intervention from within, or on, the aircraft.
