§ 37.06 DELEGATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY.
   The governing body hereby delegates to the City Manager, or designee, all authority necessary to make all determinations and otherwise administer the provisions of this chapter, excepting determinations and actions required to be made or taken by the governing body pursuant to § 37.05.
