A violation of this subchapter is a civil infraction as provided in § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances. Each day that a violation remains uncured is a separate infraction. In addition to and not in lieu of a civil infraction proceeding, the city may enforce compliance with this subchapter by filing an action for an injunction, appointment of a receiver or any other relief provided by law.
