§ 150.095 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET. Any public thoroughfare, either part of the original city or platted and so designated in a subdivision, or conveyed to the public or to the city for use as a public thoroughfare.
