DESIGN GUIDELINE HANDBOOK
§ 150.045 RIGHTS OF PARTIES AT HEARINGS.
   The city and the appellant(s) shall be able to:
   (A)   Call and examine witnesses on matters relevant to the issues of the hearing;
   (B)   Introduce documentary and physical evidence;
   (C)   Cross-examine opposing witnesses;
   (D)   Rebut evidence; and
   (E)   Be represented by anyone lawfully permitted to do so.
