§ 132.05 COMMUNITY SERVICE.
   In lieu of a fine under this chapter, the court may order the violator to perform community service. The court will make a reasonable effort to require the violator to perform community service that includes removal of graffiti and is expected to have a rehabilitative effect on the violator.
