The county curfew ordinance, Ord. 388, enacted and made effective on January 15, 1991, is by this reference incorporated into this code and made a part hereof as the curfew ordinance of the city, except as hereinafter specifically amended, modified, or deleted, and shall be known and pled as the “city curfew ordinance”.
