§ 112.35 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The City Manager or the Manager’s designee may establish rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this subchapter. For the purposes of this section, the Manager’s designee may include the Oregon Department of Revenue pursuant to an agreement entered into under O.R.S. 305.620.
