§ 110.011 LIMITATIONS.
   No license required under this chapter shall:
   (A)   Be assignable or transferable;
   (B)   Authorize a person other than the one named therein to operate the licensed business or activity; or
   (C)   Authorize any other business or activity than set out in the license.
