Except as authorized as a kennel pursuant to the city’s Zoning Ordinance, no person(s) shall own, keep, possess, or harbor more than three adult dogs on any premises within the corporate limits of the city. As used in the foregoing, the term DOG means all members (male and female) of the domesticated canine (canine familiaris) three months of age or older.
