§ 92.11 MODEL AIRPLANE AND AUTO OPERATION.

No person shall operate, or permit to be operated, any gasoline or fuel-powered model airplane, model auto, or motor-driven cart in any city park unless specifically authorized by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
