§ 10.05 SEVERABILITY OF PARTS OF CODE.
   It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Council that the titles, chapters, subchapters, sections, divisions, and sentences of this code are severable; and if any title, chapter, subchapter, section, division, or sentence of this code is adjudged or declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this code.
