§ 52.16 DEPOSITING RUBBISH IN PUBLIC SEWERS.
   No person shall deposit any garbage, rubbish, dead animals, or any substance having a tendency to obstruct the flow of any sewer in any manhole, lamphole, flush tank, or sewer opening within the city.
