§ 50.51 IMPROVEMENT PLAN.

   The city shall adopt a plan that:

   (A)   Lists the capital improvements that may be funded with improvement fee revenues;

   (B)   Lists the estimated cost and time of construction of each improvement; and

   (C)   Describes the process for modifying the plan.
