135.16 POLICE CRUISER USE OUTSIDE VILLAGE.
   (a)   No police officer, member of the Police Department or other employee of the Village of Forest, Ohio shall remove the police cruiser from the Village limits except in response to an emergency, while in pursuit of an offender, while traveling to or from the office of another law enforcement agency, while traveling in response to a call by another law enforcement agency, or except upon other official police business requiring the police cruiser to be removed from the Village, nor shall such vehicle be used within or without the Village for any personal business or pleasure.
   (b)   The use of the police cruiser in a manner contrary to subsection (a) hereof shall be a basis for dismissal of the offender from Village employment.
