Any householder, owner of a commercial establishment, or other person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall for a first offense be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense and for each subsequent offense shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and upon conviction shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days or both. Each day such violation continues shall be a separate offense.
