It shall be the duty of the garbage collector to collect garbage and rubbish from all premises within the Village of Forest, Ohio, at least once each week and deliver same to an appropriate lawful disposal site. In addition, it shall be the duty of the garbage collector, during the first full week of each month, to collect appliances and other noncompactable items from all premises within the Village whereon such items are placed for collection, and to deliver same to an appropriate lawful disposal site.
