At least four (4) hours notice during normal working hours shall be given to the Sewer Inspector prior to the time of tapping or connecting to the public sewer. In all cases, an inspection is mandatory by the Sewer Inspector and if so made without inspection, the owner or developer shall uncover the sewer in order that the proper inspection can be made. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Inspector or his representative.
