933.04 BUILDING SEWERS AND CONNECTIONS; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Village Administrator.
