135.08 DISPOSITION OF MONEYS COLLECTED BY POLICE CHIEF.

All fees, costs, fines and penalties collected by the Marshal shall immediately be paid to the Mayor, who shall report to Council monthly the amount thereof, from whom and for what purpose collected, and when paid to the Mayor.
