909.06 OPERATION OF COMMISSION.

The Village Tree Commission shall choose its own officers, make such rules and regulations as may be necessary, which shall be subject to the approval of the Village Council, and keep a journal of its proceedings. A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
