(a) The Village Administrator of the Village of Forest, Ohio, shall provide applications for permits and permit licenses for “dwelling sales”. Such application for permit shall include the name of the applicant who shall be a resident of Forest, Ohio, address, telephone number, nature of the merchandise to be offered for sale, date of sale, and hours and duration of the sale.

(b) The Village Administrator shall approve the application upon finding it in proper order and shall charge the applicant a fee of five dollars ($5.00).

(c) Every licensee conducting a dwelling sale shall keep posted in a prominent place, upon the licensed premises, the permit certificate and shall exhibit the same upon request.
