551.99 PENALTY.

No person who receives a lawful notice issued by the Mayor under this chapter shall refuse or neglect to obey the same. Whoever violates this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which noncompliance continues after the time for compliance specified in the notice.
