551.03 REMOVAL BY VILLAGE.
   If the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of the land fails to comply with the notice, the Mayor shall cause such tall grass, noxious weeds or rank vegetation to be cut and removed, and may employ the necessary labor to perform the task. All expenses incurred shall be paid by the Village out of funds appropriated by Council for that purpose. The actual cost of cutting and destroying such tall grass, noxious weeds or rank vegetation, plus an administrative fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), shall be certified to the county auditor of the county in which the land is located and shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and be a lien upon such land from and after the date of the entry and be collected as are other taxes and returned to the Village.
