133.01 FIRE PROTECTION OUTSIDE VILLAGE.

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.60 (D), the Forest Fire Department is hereby authorized to provide fire protection to any State agency or instrumentality, county, or political subdivision of this State, without a contract to provide fire protection, upon the authorization of the Fire Chief of the Forest Fire Department.
