521.11 SPREADING OR DUMPING ANIMAL OR HUMAN WASTE.

(a) No person shall cause or allow the dumping, application, or spreading of human or animal waste upon any lands within the Village corporation limits.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
