375.10 EMERGENCY CONDITIONS.

In the event that the Mayor and Police Chief of the Village or the Sheriff of Hardin County should declare that an emergency situation is at hand, any or all of the provisions of this chapter may be modified or suspended to meet the situation for the period of such declared emergency and to the extent designated by the Mayor and Police Chief.
