1320.17 ELEVATORS AND DUMBWAITERS.

(a) General: Elevator, Dumbwaiters and Escalators shall be maintained to safely sustain all specified loads and operate properly and be free from any physical and fire hazards.

(b) Governmental requirements, inspections and licensing shall be followed.
