(a) Scope: The provisions in this section shall govern the minimal mechanical and electrical requirements to be provided.
(b) Responsibility: The owner of the structure shall provide and maintain the mechanical and electrical equipment necessary with these requirements. A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant or permit another person to occupy any premises which do not comply with these requirements. (Ord. 1917. Passed 8-10-17.)
