The Job Creation Incentive Program established by this Chapter may be used in conjunction with any and all other available financing and incentive programs. An otherwise eligible applicant's ability to procure economic development assistance from the United States, State of Ohio, Hardin County, or pursuant to other municipal programs shall not disqualify the applicant from participation in the Job Creation Incentive Program.
