1113.12 SECTIONAL HOMES.

Permitted in any District that allows single family dwellings, provided they meet the following conditions.

(a) Minimum one thousand (1,000) sq. ft. and twenty-four (24) feet in width.

(b) Permanent masonry outside foundation and internal supports

(c) Wheels, axles, and hitch removed. Skirting not permitted.

(d) Sections must match.

(e) Construction and safety requirements as specified by the U.S. Department of Housing must be met.

(f) Plans and photographs shall be submitted with application for Zoning Certificate.
