1113.10  STANDARDS FOR NUISANCE VALUES.
   (a)   Applies for all uses in C-1, C-2 and R-C Districts.
   (b)   Levels for Organic, Liquid, Air, Solid Wastes, Noise, Vibration, or Lighting shall be governed by any local, County, State, or Federal laws, rules, and regulations that may apply.  i.e. OSHA, ADA, NIOSH, EPA.
