Permitted in R-1, R-2, and R-3 Districts providing the following conditions are met.
(a) There shall be no change in the outside appearance of the building or premises, or other evidence of the occupation other than one (1) sign not exceeding four (4) sq. ft., non-illuminated, mounted flat against the wall of the principal building.
(b) The occupation may be conducted in a garage or accessory building, subject to subsections (a), (c), (d), and (e).
(c) The traffic generated shall be no more than normally expected in a residential neighborhood. Parking, if required by the occupation, shall be met off the street and not in the front yard.
(d) Equipment used shall not create noise, vibration, glare, fumes, odors, or electrical interference detectable off the lot and if in R-2 and R-3 districts, in any adjoining dwelling.
(e) Electrical interference shall not create visual or audible effects in any radio or television receivers off the premises, not fluctuations in electrical line voltages off the premises.
