1113.03 CONVERSION OF SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING TO MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING.
   The following must be met.
   (a)   There is adequate area to meet off-street parking specified in this Ordinance.
   (b)   Shall be served by central water and sewer facilities.
   (c)   A remodeling plan has been prepared and submitted with the application for permit.
      (Ord. 1876.  Passed 6-11-15.)
