(a) R-1, R-2, and R-3 Districts.
(1) One (1) bulletin board not exceeding 24 sq. ft. for churches, schools, or institutions.
(2) Home occupation signs not exceeding 4 sq. ft.
(b) C-1, C-2-. R-C, I-1.
(1) Any sign shall not exceed 25 feet in height and 150 sq. ft.
(c) Political and Garage Sale Signs.
(1) Shall not be posted in any place or in any manner that is destructive to public property upon posting or removal. Persons or organizations responsible for posting such signs shall remove them within three (3) days following election day or completion of garage sale.
(2) No billboard shall be located within the Village.
(d) Billboards and Business Signs. Billboards or business signs existing at the time of the enactment of this Zoning Ordinance may continue indefinitely if properly repaired and maintained. If removed or damaged to more than one-half (1/2) its replacement value, it shall be removed and not replaced.
