1105.07 RULES FOR MAP INTERPRETATION.
   (a)    Where distances are not shown in feet, the District boundaries are intended to follow lot lines, centerlines of existing streets, alleys, highway right-of-way lines, railroads, and bodies of water. If exact location of lines is not clear, it shall be determined by either supplemental detail drawing or rules of interpretation adopted by the concurring vote of three (3) members of the Planning Commission.
   (b)   When streets or alleys on the ground differ from the map, the Planning Commission may apply designations on the map to the property on the ground so as to conform to the intent and purposes of this section.
   (c)   Wherever lands are annexed into the Village, the zoning regulations then in effect in these areas shall remain in full force and shall be enforced by the appropriate county or township officials having jurisdiction until the Village shall officially determine and adopt new zoning for the territory.
The Planning Commission shall make such recommendations concerning zoning of annexed lands within 120 days after said annexation. Should said lands not be covered by zoning by the jurisdictional body they are annexed from, they shall be included in the UL District until zoning is established for it.
